A free web app with no account and no backend: SQLite runs as WebAssembly in the browser, the data lives as a file with the user, the official BVL approval data arrives through a pipeline of its own, and all of it works offline.

Time tracking via NFC chip or QR code, offline too; timesheets with approval; reconciliation with the payroll software; team chat with calls; company phones in kiosk mode; servers, backups and a standby server. Proprietary, so only the short version in the CV.
